The purpose of our grant is to support initiatives that serve youth, families and community in the Greater Baltimore area.
The Grant Application Process
Request for Proposals
The POF invites proposals and awards grants to individuals and non‐profit organizations seeking to expand their capacity to serve youth, families and community in the Baltimore area.
Eligible Requests
We support projects directly benefiting youth, families and community. Applicants may be required to be a 501 (c) (3) organization that serves youth, families and community in the Greater Baltimore area.
We do not make grants for:
• Annual fund campaigns
• Operating support
• Religious or sectarian purposes
• Political organizations
• Capital campaigns
• Event sponsorship
